Accounts

Some features require an account, which you may create with Google, Apple, or an emailed sign-in link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to do so.

Directory listings and user content

The Site includes directories of studios, vendors, wellness practitioners, events, and similar listings, and lets users submit content (listings, profiles, messages, applications, and RSVPs). You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to submit it. By submitting content you grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on and in connection with the Site. We may review, moderate, edit, decline, or remove any content at our discretion.

Some listings are compiled from publicly available sources and are marked unverified until claimed by their owner. If a listing concerns you or your business and you would like it corrected, claimed, or removed, email info@worlddancefoundation.com and we will act on reasonable requests.

Acceptable use — no scraping or bulk copying

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, data-mine, or use automated means to access, copy, or collect any portion of the Site or its data, except for legitimate search-engine indexing expressly permitted by our robots.txt;
• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or redistribute the Site's directories, listings, compilations, or other content, in whole or in part;
• use any contact information obtained from the Site to send spam or other unsolicited communications;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its systems;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site's name, logo, design, text, code, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation of its content are owned by World Dancing Inc. or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. “World Dance Foundation” and the Foundation's emblem are trademarks of World Dancing Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Listings may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
